Beef Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2lb Ground Beef
  • 1med Onion, chopped
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1/8tsp Pepper
  • 2x 8ounce cans Tomato Sauce
  • 1Cup Cottage Cheese, small curd
  • 8ounce package Cream Cheese
  • 1/4Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4Cup Green Pepper
  • 1/4Cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 8ounce package Noodles
Instructions
  1. Brown beef and onion in skillet
  2. Drain excess fat
  3. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and green onion
  5. Cook noodles and drain
  6. Place half of the noodles in a greased 3 qt casserole dish
  7. Add cheese mixture
  8. Add remaining noodles
  9. Pour beef mixture over noodles
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
