3Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2Tbsp Cider Vinegar
2tsp Minced Pickled Jalapeno Pepper
1/2tsp Sugar

1 Avocado, peeled and chopped
1 Tomato, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
Stir gently to combine
Cover and chill
