Peeled Ripe Ground Cucumbers

Ground Onion

Ground Raw Carrots

Salt

Sweet Red Peppers

Sugar

Vinegar

Tbsp
Mustard Seed

Tbsp
Celery Seed
Instructions
Combine cucumbers, onions, carrots and salt.
Cover with water, let stand 2 hours and drain
Add remaining ingredients
Cook 1 hour
Pack in jars and seal.
