Alcachofas Salteadas con Jamon
Sautéed Artichoke Hearts From the Manassas Gourmet Club Night of Discovery Dinner celebrating Columbus Day. 3 to 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1Can 14 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained
  • 2Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4C Chopped Italian Prosciutto or Spanish Serrano Ham
  • 1/8tsp Coarsely Ground Pepper
  • Snipped Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cut artichoke hearts into halves
  2. Heat oil in 10" skillet until hot
  3. Cook and stir artichoke hearts and ham in oil over medium heat until hot and hearts are golden brown about 6 - 8 minutes
  4. Stir in pepper
  5. Sprinkle with parsley before serving
