Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Asparagus
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Red Curry Paste
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
- Snap off tough ends of asparagus
- Cut asparagus diagonally into slices about 1/8" thick. (If using green beans, snap offends and cut into 1" pieces.)
- Cook vegetables in boiling salted water in a med size saucepan for three minutes or until crisp-tender. Do not overcook
- Drain
- Heat a wok over med heat
- Add oil and heat
- Stir in curry paste
- Add vegetables, stir fry 1 min
- Add fish sauce, water and pepper, stir fry 1 min
- Spoon onto a platter and serve.
