Ingredients
- 2 T Bacon Fat
- 2 C Cooked Mexican Beans
- 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Heat bacon fat in a frying pan
- Add beans and a little liquid.
- Mash well.
- Fry for a few minutes, turning to prevent burning until a thick paste is formed.
- Top with cheese and serve.
