- 1 pt Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/3 C Finely Chopped, preserved ginger, packed in syrup
- 1 Tbsp Syrup (from preserved ginger)
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger

- Stir in chopped ginger, ginger syrup and ground ginger
- Refreeze
