Whipped Cream Horseradish Sauce
From the Manassas Gourmet Club Dinner "An English Holiday"
Ingredients
  • 1/4C Prepared Horseradish, drained
  • 1Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Ground White Pepper
  • 1/4tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2C Whipping Cream, whipped
Instructions
  1. Combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard and stir well
  2. Cover and chill
  3. Serve with beef
