Thai Satay Sauce
From the Manassas Gourmet Club Siamese Surprise Dinner Use with Satay Gai. Makes one cup
Ingredients
  • 1C Coconut Milk
  • 1Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2tsp Sugar
  • 1tsp Red Curry Paste
  • 1tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Place coconut milk in small saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients
  4. Boil for 1 min - stirring
  5. Keep warm
  6. Pour into a small bowl just before serving
