Spiced Pecans
Stored airtight, these will stay fresh in the refrigerator for several weeks or several months in the freezer
Ingredients
  • 1/4cup Butter
  • 2cups Pecan Halves
  • 1 1/2cup Sugar
  • 1Tbsp Ground Cloves
  • 1Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1Tbsp Nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in small skillet and add pecans.
  2. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring often
  3. Drain on paper towels
  4. Combine sugar and spices in a plastic bag
  5. Add warm pecans and shake to coat well
  6. Cool pecans and store in airtight container
