Rum Punch
From the Manassas Gourmet Club dinner Caribbean Cruise
Ingredients
  • 1ounce Lime Juice
  • 1ounce Orange Juice
  • 1ounce Pineapple Juice
  • 1ounce Grenadine
  • 2ounces Light Rumpreferably from Barbados or Trinidad
  • 3-4 Ice Cubes
  • Nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Combine juices, Grenadine, rum and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously
  2. Strain into a small tumbler and grate a little nutmeg on the top
