Raspberry Mint Sauce
From the Victorian Christmas Dinner of the Manassas Gourmet Club Use with Chocolate Chocolate Intensity. Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 210 oz pkgs Frozen Raspberries, thawed
  • 2Tbsp Confectioners Sugar
  • 2Tbsp White Creme de Menthe
Instructions
  1. Use a blender or food processor to puree the raspberries
  2. Add sugar
  3. Stir in creme de menthe
  4. Strain through a fine sieve to remove seeds if desired
  5. Cover and refrigerate
