Pub Salad Dressing
Part of the St. Patrick's Day Menu. Use with salad bar type salad items with Bibb or Boston lettuce base.
Ingredients
  • 1/2C Regular or low fat Mayonnaise
  • 2Tbsp Malt Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
  • 2tsp Fresh Tarragon or 3/4 tsp Dried Tarragon
  • 1tsp Whole Grain Dijon or Irish Mustard
  • 2-3tsp Water
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in bowl and whisk with enough water to make dressing pourable
