From the Manassas Gourmet Club Dinner "South of the Border" Use with Fajitas
Ingredients
  • 4 Large Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1C Chopped Green Chilies
  • 2-3 JalapeƱo Pepper, seeded & minced
  • 1/4C Lime Juice
  • 3Tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 2 Avocados
