Mustard Baked Chicken
Part of the St. Patrick's Day Menu
Ingredients
  • 8-12 Meaty Chicken Pieces (breasts, thighs, drumsticks etc.) skins optional
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3Tbsp Whiskey Mustard
  • 2tsp Chopped Fresh Taragon
  • Sea Salt and Ground Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Put pieces in shallow baking dish in a single layer
  3. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper over the chicken
  4. Spread mustard over chicken, turning to coat both sides
  5. Sprinkle tops with tarragon
  6. Bake at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes until cooked through and serve.
