"German Doughnuts" Carb lover's delight.
Ingredients
  • 5lbs Flour
  • 2pkgs Yeast
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1qt Milk
  • 8-12 Eggs
  • 1Tbsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Dump salt, yeast and flour together.
  2. Melt butter and add sugar to butter
  3. Warm milk until slightly scalded
  4. Whip eggs in a bowl
  5. Add all together and beat with a wooden spoon
  6. Rollout dough and cut into doughnuts
  7. Deep fry dough, turning once
