Jeanette's Cheesecake

Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust & Topping
  • 1/4lb Margarine
  • 2Tbsp Confectioners Sugar
  • 2pkgs Graham Crackers, rolled fine
Cheese Mixture
  • 1pkg Lemon Gelatin
  • 1C Boiling Water
  • 18 oz pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1/2Box Cottage Cheese
  • 1C Sugar
  • 2tsp Vanilla
  • 1can Milnot Milk
Instructions
  1. Roll graham crackers fine
  2. Add melted margarine and confectioner's sugar
  3. Press 1/2 of mixture into a pie plate and save rest for top of cake
  4. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool.
  5. Add cream cheese, cottage cheese and sugar to gelatin.
  6. Whip milk very stiff.
  7. Add vanilla
  8. Add gelatin mixture to cream cheese mixture
  9. Fold in whipped milk
  10. Pour over graham cracker crust
  11. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker mixture on top
  12. Chill for at least four hours until set.
