Herb Crusted Tenderloin with New Potatoes
A friend made dinner for us and shared this and several other recipes. Serves 4 - 6.
Ingredients
  • 2lbs New Potatoes
  • 1/4C Butter or Margarine, melted
  • 2Tbsp Prepared Horseradich
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1/2C Fine, Dry Breadcrumbs
  • 1/3C Fresh Basil
  • 3Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1tsp Kosher Salt
  • 3Tbsp Chopped Fresh Thyme
  • 1 1/2lb Pork Tenderloins
  • 2Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Fresh Herb Sprigs for Garnish
