Ham & Scalloped Potato Casserole
Good recipe when you have left over ham.
Ingredients
  • 6 med Potatoes
  • 4Tbsp Flour
  • 2 1/2C Milk
  • 1 1/2C Cubed Ham
  • 3Tbsp Margarine
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4C Chopped Onion
Instructions
  1. You will be making three layers with all items layered
  2. Wash and slice potatoes thin (with or without skins) and layer 1/3 into the bottom of a greased casserole dish
  3. Top with a layer of 1/3 of the cubed ham and onion
  4. Mix flour, salt, pepper, spread 1/3 on top and dot with margarine
  5. Repeat layers two more times
  6. Heat milk to scalding
  7. Pour over casserole
  8. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
