Cinnamon Sugar Tortillas
From the Manassas Gourmet Club Dinner "South of the Border" Yield 16 Tortillas
Ingredients
  • 1/4C Sugar
  • 1/2tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Flour Tortillas, 4-8"
Instructions
  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon, stirring well and set aside
  2. Cut each tortilla into four wedges
  3. Heat 1/2" oil in a large skillet
  4. Fry tortilla wedges a few at a time, 1 minute until golden brown
  5. Drain well on paper towels
  6. Sprinkle with sugar mixture while warm.
