Ingredients
  • 2Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4cloves Garlic, chopped fine
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms, cleaned and halved
  • 2Tbsp Dry Sherry
  • 1tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • dash Pepper
  • Snipped Parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in 10" skillet until hot
  2. Add garlic, cook and stir over med heat for 1 minute
  3. Add mushrooms, cook and stir for 2 minutes
  4. Reduce heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley, cook for 2 minutes
  5. Put on serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley
