Beef Cheese Casserole
Easy family meal This came from Chris Segulja of Houston, TX
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Med Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8tsp Pepper
  • 28 oz cans Tomato Sauce
  • 1C Cottage Cheese (small curd)
  • 18 oz pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1/4C Sour Cream
  • 1/4C Chopped Green Onion
  • 18 oz pkg Noodles
Instructions
  1. Brown beef and onion in skillet
  2. Drain excess fat
  3. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and green onion.
  5. Cook noodles and drain
  6. Place half of the noodles in a greased 3 qt casserole dish
  7. Add cheese mixture
  8. Add remaining noodles
  9. Pour beef mixture over noodles
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
