Aunt Edith's Good Relish
From Jeanette's Recipe Cards
Ingredients
  • 7C Peeled Ripe Ground Cucumbers
  • 4 C Ground Onion
  • 3C Ground Raw Carrots
  • 2tbsp Salt
  • 2 Sweet Red Peppers
  • 5C Sugar
  • 3C Vinegar
  • 1Tbsp Mustard Seed
  • 1Tbsp Celery Seed
Instructions
  1. Combine cucumbers, onions, carrots and salt.
  2. Cover with water, let stand 2 hours and drain
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Cook 1 hour
  5. Pack in jars and seal.
